Kieper Honey
When I was a kid, my dad did beekeeping as a side job. Honey was always in the house, and we could eat as much as we wanted. It’s been more than a few years since my dad had his hives, but the honey addiction lives on. We go through about 60 pounds of honey a year, so we buy it all at once at extraction time, and hopefully our stash lasts all year. Barb Kieper also makes wonderful beeswax skin creme.
