A couple of shots from our walk at the dog park early Sunday morning. Everything was still frozen solid, making the path much easier than it would have been later on in the day. The way the early sun reflected off the ice reminded me of spring mornings of my childhood; on the farm, and in ditches and fields around the school. Clumps of smooth ice and sheets of frozen water that would crack, splintering out from the centre if you were brave enough to walk across, hoping the ice would hold!
