corner view ~ what’s for lunch

It’s what I do for lunch as a treat. Pan bagnat is a large baguette, filled with tuna, hard boiled eggs, sliced green onion, cheese, and sundried tomatoes. The dressing is olive oil and red wine vinagar with oregano, salt and pepper.

I hate making lunches, and this one is even more labour intensive, but so, so, so worth it.
