The pupper will go back to the breeder for the big moving day, and the rest of us are working hard to make sure the moving happens with a minimum of stress and fuss. The last of the packing and moving of boxes will happen in the next two days, and the cleaning will happen on Sunday and Monday.
I really, really need water in the taps and the toilets, but first must hang sheets in the bathroom doorways. We can live without interior doors for a few weeks. The debris is a bit intimidating at the moment, and I have no idea how I’m going to get rid of all that dust, but the shop vac will be a start. Chadd picked up new hoses, attachments and filter today. That makes me feel a bit better.
That is the way it is at the moment. I feel like I am charging in all different directions at once.
It will be OK, just as it was to get all the candles done for the Christmas market. I am very grateful for the ability to have moved so much into the house already (ignoring the fact that it, too, is covered in dust) and also very grateful for the fact that the house is a three minute drive away from our old one. That means that my treks back and forth for more boxes and bathroom breaks are easy to manage.
So, off I go again, in one direction or another!
